Frank Perna is a Senior Loan Officer and Senior Vice President with 1st Portfolio Lending with over 28 yrs. lending and real estate experience. Frank was previously the CEO and sole owner of Fed Funding Mortgage, one of the Nation’s largest privately owned mortgage banking corporations from 1993 to 2006. Frank has funded over 3 billion dollars worth of loans over the years in the DC area as well as Delaware. Prior to this he worked for other lending institutions (such as GMAC, Dominion Bank and Morgan Home Funding) starting back in 1983. His vast knowledge and experience has enabled so many consumers attain their dream of homeownership in the DC area as well as up and down the East Coast.
