Executive Team
Michael Rebibo is the President and CEO of 1st Portfolio Lending Corporation. Michael founded 1st Portfolio with one objective in mind: to help our customers reach their financial goals. Michael has been in the financial services industry since 1988. He is both a financial planner and a mortgage banker. In 2005, he formed 1st Portfolio Wealth Management, a financial planning company servicing high net worth individuals. Later, in 2009, he and a group of investors formed 1st Portfolio Holding Corporation to provide a suite of financial services to clients. In addition to Wealth Management Services, they added mortgage lending and investment banking services. Prior to 1st Portfolio, he was a Co-founder of Access National Bank (ANCX), a publically traded bank focused on the needs of small business owners.. Prior to Access National, Michael was the CEO and President of Mortgage Investment Corporation, a residential lender in Vienna, VA. Michael sits on several non-profit Boards including Earth Echo International, Brain Injury Services, Inc. and Shenandoah National Park Trust. In the past he served as a trustee on the Pentagon Survivors Fund and served 6 years as a director of Wolf Trap Foundation for the Arts. He received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1992 and was a former Chairman of the Financial Planning Association of Washington. In 1989, he received an MBA in Finance from George Washington University and in 1988 his BA in Finance from James Madison University.

Barbara Evans is a Vice President and the Operations Manager at 1st Portfolio Lending. She currently manages all aspects of the mortgage banking operations including processing, underwriting, closing, post closing, and information technology. Formerly an independent insurance consultant representing numerous life partners including Mutual of Omaha, America and National Life. Notable was her time as a project manager for KBank where she targeted, established and developed key builder accounts and as her role as Vice President for Federal Funding Mortgage Corporation. Barbara is a graduate of Montgomery College.

Kevin Dunn is the Production Manager at 1st Portfolio Lending. Kevin is responsible for managing and developing the sales staff as well as originating mortgage loans. He joined the company in March 2011 to help grow the sales force and expand our footprint in the marketplace. He brings 16 years of Mortgage Banking experience both in management and loan originations. He has originated over 500 million dollars in loans since 2001 and is consistently a high level producer. He is a graduate of James Madison University and resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife and 3 boys.
